I am passionate about preparing foods for wellness and vitality. Most of the ingredients I use are organic. Most meals I prepare include sprouted grains and/or legumes, organic seasonal vegetables, tempered spices, grass fed butter (or olive or coconut oil), grey sea salt, organic and/or pastured meats, fermented foods, plenty of greens and fresh herbs, etc.
My approach to cooking is with a focus on producing high value meals - with foods that the most nourishing, vital and enjoyable relative to their ingredient and preparation costs. I am not interested in offering high-margin foods for entertainment. I offer meals with simple presentation and the highest quality ingredients for individuals who eat to live well and be excellent.
